Waste of time and money.

I bought subscriptions to both cricket and ladybug online in March. They worked fine until June and then abruptly stopped. Changed aps and everything and nothing worked. The company suggested that I get ITunes to credit me for lost issues bought through them and gave me no help with getting the ap to work nor did they refund me my money. iTunes has refunded nothing. I am stuck with two useless subscriptions, two upset kids and aps that dont work.
